What is Your Why?

"Assuming willpower is what you need to change your habits is akin to trying to keep a hungry grizzly bear out of your picnic basket by covering it with a napkin.  To fight the bear of your bad habits, you need something stronger."*

You've probably tried willpower, set resolutions, thought and dreamed of this and that, but to no avail times got tough and you quit before the results you wanted came to fruition.  It's time to forget about willpower and implement why-power.  "You've go to want something, and know why you want it or you'll end up giving up to easily."*

So what is your why?

"Until you've set your desire and motivation in place, you'll abandon any new path you seek to better your life."*  This is why over 90% of New Year's resolutions fail.  This is why many people get sold on the next best thing, and fail.

If I put a 10-inch wide, 30-foot long plank on the ground and told you I'd give you $20 to walk it, you'd probably do it without hesitation.  If I put that same plank at the top and between two 100-story buildings and asked you to walk it for the same $20, you'd probably tell me where to go.  But, if you're child was on the opposite building and that building was on fire, I think you'd find your motivation....and your why!

Where am I going with this?  I'm here to help you.  We're in this together.  I want you to do well in all aspects of your life.  Finding your "why" will get you on the right path.

Let's get started!!!
